At 10X, the fund founder’s capital is invested alongside that of our investors. Matěj Turek holds the majority of his personal wealth in the fund.
We invest in opportunities that are not publicly available, often before they attract the attention of the broader market.
We are not constrained by a fixed investment horizon. We never sell under pressure. We hold our investments for as long as it makes sense.
We are not constrained by a rigid investment strategy. We assess each opportunity individually based on its quality, risk profile, and realistic return potential.
Who leads a company matters enormously to us. In the end, success comes down to the individual: their judgement, resilience, and ability to build a company for the long term.

What you need to know about 10X
10X is a fund for qualified investors focused primarily on private equity and private market investments. We invest in companies and projects with significant growth potential, often before they attract the attention of the broader market.
We are not constrained by a narrow investment strategy. Every opportunity is assessed on its own merits. We look for strong founders, high-quality businesses, and situations where the market has yet to recognise the full future value. We invest early and hold each investment for as long as it makes sense.
The fund is open to qualified investors under Czech law. The minimum initial investment is CZK 1 million.
You can sign an agreement to subscribe for investment shares either online or in person with DELTA investment company, the fund manager and administrator of 10X. Once completed, you become an investor in the fund and participate in its returns.
The minimum initial investment is CZK 1 million. Additional investments can be made from CZK 100,000.
Investors may request the redemption of their shares on the final business day of each month. Payment is normally made within three months in accordance with the fund’s rules.
The entry fee ranges from 0% to 5%, depending on the distribution channel. Investments made through a distributor may carry a fee of up to 5%, while direct investments may have no entry fee.
The fund’s total annual expense ratio, or TER, is approximately 2.34%. There is no exit fee after five years. For earlier redemptions, the fee is 10% within five years, 20% within four years, 30% within three years, 40% within two years, and 50% within the first year.
The fund is valued regularly and independently. DELTA investment company performs a monthly revaluation, with an independent valuation and audit conducted once a year.
Investors can introduce new investment opportunities or take part in discussions about the portfolio. 10X is built around a strong community and the active involvement of its investors.
