Matěj is an investor with a distinctive investment style and an exceptional ability to see the bigger picture.
He has spent his entire career in business and investing. He began at EY, where he gained exposure to hundreds of private equity transactions involving leading Czech and European investors. Since 2013, he has been investing actively and gradually expanded into managing capital for other investors. He is the sole owner of Robot Asset Management SICAV a.s., the investment group behind the 10X and Quant qualified investor funds. In 2024, he decided to consolidate all his investment activities under 10X, where he is gradually moving the majority of his personal wealth.
Private Dinners

Matěj regularly hosts private dinners for small groups of around six guests. They offer an opportunity to meet in person and speak openly about business, investment opportunities, and the topics that rarely find space in everyday working life. All over good food and wine.
